Creating Server (Non - Steam)

Before you can create your server dedicated non-stem you have to have installed cs 1.6 full with the patch v23.

Download Patch v23

It will appear on your desktop icon of the dedicated server, delete it, because it serves.

Among the folder:

C :/.../ valve

Open a file called hlds. Exe and let configured as below:

Then click Start Server, and ready their serves are online.

Pass this to friends, and ready your server is working.

To have a fixed IP, do your registration on the site www.no-ip.com
